What is Zenko Move?

Zenko Move is a Move-to-Earn platform that rewards you for everyday physical activity like walking, running, cycling, and swimming. Every step you take earns you Zenko tokens, NFTs, and contributes to real-world impact like planting trees or feeding children.

How much does it cost to join Zenko Move?

It's completely free to join! There are no upfront costs or subscription fees.

How do I sign up for Zenko Move?

Simply visit www.zenkomove.com and create your account starting July 21st, 2025. You'll automatically get a crypto wallet created for you - no crypto experience needed!

What is the "Causeonauts: Mission to the Moon" campaign?

This is our first major global challenge. Starting with a warm-up mission to Climb Kilimanjaro on July 21st, then beginning our Moon Mission on August 18th. It's a team-based movement campaign where participants collectively travel the distance from Earth to the Moon, reaching our destination the week of October 20th.

When does Zenko Move launch?

We open to the public on July 21st, 2025. You can start using our Zenko Challenges feature to earn and support good causes right away. Our Mission to the Moon campaign begins with a warm-up on July 21st.

Can children participate in Zenko Move?

Yes, we welcome participants of all ages. We ask that children under 16 receive parental consent before taking part in any challenges.

 Teams and Communities

How can I join my company's team on Zenko Move?

In your profile, you can search for and join your company's Global Team. If it doesn't exist yet, you can create it and invite your colleagues to join.

How do I create a Global Team for my organization?

Go to your profile in the app and look for the Global Team section. You can create a new team for your company, sports club, school, or any organization and start inviting others to join.

How do teams work in Zenko Move?

Zenko Move is all about teamwork! While you track your activities individually, everything works better when you're part of a team. You can join or create teams to encourage each other and work together on challenges.

What are Global Teams?

In your profile, you can pick a 'Global Team' to represent - this could be your company, sports team, school, or any group you're part of. If your organization isn't listed, you can create it and encourage friends and colleagues to join!

Can Web3 communities participate?

Yes! Web3 projects and communities can form teams just like any other group. Simply create your community as a Global Team in your profile and invite your community members to join.

How many people can be on a team?

Teams can have up to 6 members. You'll work together to complete challenges and encourage each other to stay active.

What are Global Leagues?

Global Leagues are community-based leaderboards where teams from the same organization (like sports clubs, companies, or Web3 communities) compete against other communities. Your personal team progress rolls up into your community's overall ranking.

 Activity Tracking

Where can I download the Zenko Move app?

The Zenko Move app is available on both Apple iOS and Google Play stores. Search for "Zenko Move" in your app store.

What activities can I track?

You can track a range of activites, from walking and running to yoga and workouts. Activities are logged through our app or via integrations with popular fitness platforms.

Can I use my existing fitness tracker?

Yes! Zenko Move has a native integration with Fitbit and Garmin.

How does my activity data update?

Your activity data automatically updates in real-time from the Zenko Move app or your connected fitness devices.

My activity data isn't updating, what should I do?

First, check that your activity appears in the Zenko Move app or your fitness device. If using a connected device, try reconnecting by going to PROFILE > MANAGE CONNECTIONS > [YOUR FITNESS APP] > DISCONNECT > RECONNECT. If issues persist, contact our support team.

Can I track multiple types of activities in one challenge?

Yes! Most challenges support various activities. Check the specific challenge requirements to see which activities are permitted.

Do I need a fitness tracking device to join?

No, you can use the Zenko Move app to track your activities directly and in real-time.

 Connecting Fitness Apps

How do I connect my fitness app to Zenko Move?

When creating your account, click on your preferred fitness app logo and select 'Authorize'. Once connected, your activities will automatically sync with Zenko Move.

Can I add historical activities to my challenges?

Zenko Move pulls the last full month of data initially. For older activities, go to PROFILE > MANAGE CONNECTIONS > [YOUR APP] > SELECT REFRESH DATE LENGTH.

 Rewards and Tokens

What rewards can I earn?

You earn XP for all activities, which converts into:

  • Zenko credits (to support causes you care about)
  • Unique digital collectibles for participation
  • Digital badges
  • Real-world impact (tree planting, feeding children)
  • Leaderboard positions

What is XP?

XP (Experience Points) are earned for movement, referrals, and completing side missions. XP can be converted into Zenko credits that you can use to support causes you care about.

How do Zenko credits work?

Zenko credits are earned through participation and can be used to support causes you care about. When you earn XP through movement and activities, you can convert it into credits that fund real-world impact projects.

 ApeChain and Wallet

What is ApeChain?

ApeChain is the blockchain network that powers Zenko Move. All your rewards, NFTs, and impact are recorded on ApeChain for transparency and security.

Do I need to understand crypto to use Zenko Move?

Not at all! A wallet is automatically created for you when you sign up. You don't need any crypto experience to start earning rewards.

How is my wallet created?

Your wallet is automatically created using Glyph technology when you sign up. It's secure and you don't need to manage any complex crypto processes.

What can I do with my wallet?

Your wallet holds your Zenko credits, unique digital collectibles, and other rewards. It's your gateway to supporting causes and tracking your impact, designed to be user-friendly for beginners.

Is my wallet secure?

 Challenges and Missions

Can I participate in multiple challenges at once?

Yes, you can join multiple challenges simultaneously. All your activities will update across all active challenges.

Can I extend challenge end dates?

This depends on the specific challenge. Many have fixed dates, but if you create your own challenge, you can edit dates at any point.

What's the difference between time-based and distance-based challenges?

Time-based challenges count your active movement time, while distance-based challenges track the total distance covered using GPS.

How does the Mission to the Moon campaign work?

The campaign starts with two warm-up missions; Climb Kilimanjaro on July 21st, followed by Everest on August 4th. Then we begin our Moon Mission on August 18th with 5 missions:

  1. Lift-off and Max Q (40 km) - August 18th
  2. Kármán Line (60 km)
  3. Zero-G Streak (15 min/day)
  4. Lunar Transit (30 min/day)
  5. Lunar Approach (20 km) - reaching the moon week of October 20th
Each mission has specific goals and rewards.

Can I change my password?

Yes, go to Profile > Change Password. We'll send you a verification email to ensure your account stays secure.

Can I change my username?

Yes, go to Profile > Change Username to update your display name.

I didn't receive my verification email

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our support team.

Can I hide my activity map information?

Yes, you can adjust your privacy settings in your profile to hide map data if you prefer.

What personal data appears on leaderboards?

Leaderboards show your username and activity data (distance covered or active minutes). You can control what information is displayed in your privacy settings.

Who can access my activity data?

Only you and the Zenko Move platform can access your detailed activity data. Team members can see your contribution to team goals, but not your personal activity details.
