- Activity and fitness data:
- Data from activities that you upload to Zenko Move via third-party connections (i.e. Strava, Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health, Google Fit, WHOOP, Peloton) which includes distance, geo-location, speed, start and end time, activity type, and duration. For all third-party connections, you will be asked for specific consent before this data is shared with Zenko Move.
- Our Zenko Move app includes features to track precise geolocation data enabling you to track activities directly into your Zenko Move account. This data includes GPS signals, device sensors and cell tower IDs. We collect this type of data if you grant us access to your location. You can always remove our access using your mobile device's settings.
- Blockchain and wallet data:
- Your automatically generated crypto wallet address and associated transaction data on ApeChain
- XP earned, Zenko credits accumulated, and digital collectibles received
- Records of causes supported and impact generated through your activities
- Team participation and Global Team affiliations
- Personal information may include:
- Your name, email address, profile picture, and any other information you choose to share
- Information about your relationship with Zenko Move and participation in our platform
- Team memberships, challenge participation, and activity preferences
- Information that the Zenko Move website and mobile application collect about you:
- If you visit our website or use our mobile app, it will automatically collect some personal data about you and your usage, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the internet and other information such as your browser type and version, device type, and the pages or features you access
- Our website and app may also use cookies and similar technologies – this is described in our separate cookie policy
- App usage analytics, including features used, time spent in app, and user journey data
- Communications data:
- If you exchange emails, in-app messages, or other electronic communications with Zenko Move's employees and staff members, our information technology systems will record details of those conversations, sometimes including their content (for example, email retention in line with the Zenko Move data retention policy)

- THE USES THAT ZENKO MOVE MAKES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

- To operate, administer and improve our website, mobile application, and other aspects of the way in which we conduct our operations, in Zenko Move's legitimate interests
- To process your activities, calculate XP and Zenko credits, and facilitate cause support
- To enable team functionality, Global Team participation, and challenge completion
- To issue digital collectibles and manage your blockchain-based rewards
- Legal compliance and protection:
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and bring and defend legal claims. This may include reviews for the purposes of disclosure of information relevant to litigation and/or reviews of records relevant to internal or external regulatory or criminal investigations
- To protect Zenko Move's business from fraud, money-laundering, breach of confidence, cyber-attack, theft of proprietary materials and other financial or business crimes - in Zenko Move's legitimate interests
- Business development and marketing:
- To operate, manage, develop and promote our business and our relationships with users, partners, and organizations – for example, for marketing purposes, in Zenko Move's legitimate interests
- To communicate with you about new features, challenges, campaigns, and updates to our services
- Impact and cause support:
- To facilitate donations and support for causes you select through your earned Zenko credits
- To track and report on the real-world impact generated through user activities
- To provide transparency and verification of cause support and environmental/social impact
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, these reviews of your personal data will be conducted in a reasonable and proportionate way. They may ultimately involve disclosure of your personal data to governmental agencies and litigation counterparties as described below, in compliance with law.
- Your communications may also occasionally be accessed by persons other than the staff member with whom they are exchanged for ordinary business management purposes (for example, where necessary when a staff member is out of the office or has left Zenko Move).
- Zenko Move will only process your personal data as necessary so that we can pursue the purposes described above, and then only where we have concluded that our processing does not prejudice you or your privacy in a way that would override Zenko Move's legitimate interest in pursuing those purposes.
- In exceptional circumstances Zenko Move may also be required by law to disclose or otherwise process your personal data. - To your teammates within teams or Global Teams you join
- To organizations you represent through Global Team participation
- To service providers who host our website, mobile application, blockchain infrastructure, or other information technology systems or otherwise hold or process your information on our behalf (including cause organizations and impact verification providers), under strict conditions of confidentiality and security
- To blockchain networks (specifically ApeChain) where transaction data is recorded for transparency and verification purposes
- To cause organizations and impact partners to facilitate the real-world good supported through your activities
- To a person who takes over our business and assets, or relevant parts of them
- In exceptional circumstances, to competent regulatory, prosecuting and other governmental agencies, or litigation counterparties, in any country or territory; or where we are required by law to disclose
- The disclosures referred to above may involve transferring your personal data to another country. If you are dealing with us within the UK, you should be aware that this may include transfers to countries outside the UK, which do not have similarly strict data privacy laws such as those seen in the UK or European Economic Area. In those cases, where we transfer personal data to other members of the Zenko ecosystem or our service providers, we will ensure that our arrangements with them are governed by data transfer agreements or mechanisms, designed to ensure that your personal information is protected (including, where appropriate, under an agreement on terms approved for this purpose by the European Commission/UK ICO as relevant).
- Blockchain considerations: Please note that certain data recorded on blockchain networks (such as wallet addresses and transaction records) may be permanently stored and publicly viewable on the blockchain, though this data is pseudonymous and not directly linked to your personal identity without additional information.

- RETENTION AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- We intend to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. We will delete the personal data that we hold about you in accordance with Zenko Move's retention policies.
- Note that we may retain some limited information about you even when you delete your account, so that we can maintain records for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and to honor any cause commitments made through your activities.
- Blockchain data: Data recorded on blockchain networks may persist indefinitely due to the nature of blockchain technology, though this data is pseudonymous and not directly identifiable.
- YOUR RIGHTS
- You have a right of access to the personal data that we hold about you, under data protection law. You can also require any inaccurate personal data relating to you to be corrected or deleted.
